SCREENING CALLS FOR REPEAT PATIENTS REGARDING POTENTIAL MONKEY POX INFECTIONS.

*Preventative health care. Tetanus/Pertussis and flu vaccines available for adults. Vaccines for Children with Medicaid not available, I typically refer to the local health department.
Insurances accepted: United Healthcare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare, CHP, and Medicare part B. Cash visits for uninsured individuals also accepted! Medicare secondary plans except Blue
Cross/Blue Shield are not accepted. If you are double covered, I need to accept both insurances (otherwise insurance will not provide payment).
